There’s a lot going on with the flavours in this marmalade, super on toasted bread or a muffin. Try a simple Cranachan pudding – whipped cream, toasted oatflakes, fresh raspberries and this marmalade stirred through then spooned into little glass dishes.
As there are ‘Absolutely no Additives’ in all our preserves, we’d encourage you to keep your opened jars in the fridge. Also, some of the jams are softly set so keeping them in the fridge maintains the best texture.
